Events Sign Up The link to your event registration form is at the bottom of this page. It is STRONGLY recommended you read the text between here and there! Click the event registration option of choice, offered below, to begin your registration for that event. Only events that are currently accepting registrations will appear for you to click on. You may be asked for information such as choice of foods, beverages, music or activities. This information may or may not be actually used at the event and the hosting club is under no obligations to honor any special requests. However the goal of every host club is to make all attendees as happy as possible and this info may certainly be used toward that end. It is recommended you review all info available here with respect to the event's activities and optional side or included trips. This information is available in the Events section of this website. Also, if at all possible be armed with all travel info including flight schedule info, if applicable. Each person planning on attending the event must fill out a registration form. One per person. Even if you are married or attending with someone, each of you must complete your own registration form. After you complete the registration process, you will be emailed a confirmation of your registration information, including your registration number, exactly as you entered it into the online forms. You should print out this email for your records. If you do not receive your email confirmation it is probably because you entered your email address incorrectly. Email formatting checks are done to provided email addresses, however there is no way to check the validity of an email address without actually sending an email and having it bounce.
